Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026

Using Unrecruit

Unrecruit connects to your Gmail account to help find recruiter and career opportunity emails in your recent inbox. You are responsible for reviewing results before archiving messages or enabling automatic archiving.

Gmail access

You authorize Unrecruit to access Gmail only for the features you use in Unrecruit, including scanning recent inbox mail, creating or reusing your chosen recruiter label, applying that label, removing approved messages from Inbox, and returning messages to Inbox when requested.

You can stop using Unrecruit at any time by signing out, revoking access from your Google account, or deleting your account in Unrecruit.

Results and availability

Recruiter classifications may be wrong. Unrecruit is provided as-is, and Unrecruit does not guarantee finding every recruiter email, avoiding every non-recruiter email, or being available without interruption.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what Gmail data Unrecruit accesses, what Unrecruit stores, and what Unrecruit does not store. By using Unrecruit, you also agree to that policy.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from signed-in Unrecruit. Account deletion revokes the saved Gmail token when possible, then deletes your saved connection data, scan results, and Unrecruit account.

Changes

These terms may change as Unrecruit changes. If the terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
